TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-Trips include transportation and an all-day lift ticket.

- There is no smoking permitted on the coach.

-Transportation is non-stop and departs promptly.

-Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

-A small carry-on/boot bag that fits under your seat is allowed on bus.

-Your equipment must be in bags. Please have a name tag as bags may look alike.

Cancellation Policy

-Full refund within 48 hours of trip.

-Half refund within 24hours of trip.

-No refund after 8pm the day before the trip.

-No post trip refunds, DON'T MISS THE BUS!

-Incase of bad weather, we may cancel the trip and refund everyone.

Incase of Injury on Mountain

-Bus cannot be held at the end of the day.

-Ambulance transport is your responsibility.

-DON'T GET HURT!

Rentals

-We don't have rentals, but the mountain does!

Departure from mountain

-Your trip leader will tell you on the bus in the morning, DON'T GET LEFT ON THE MOUNTAIN!

Lift Tickets

-Tickets will be handed out when we get to the mountain.

What to Bring

-Warm snowpants and jacket, gloves, goggles, face wrap, good snow socks, long johns, and snacks.

Can I leave my stuff on the bus?

-Yes, it will be safe on the bus. Bus will be locked up and will open back up at 3:30pm.

-Please try to keep the same seats on the way back to avoid confusion.

-Please be kind to everyone on the bus or you will be asked to leave the bus.
